Team

Teams are a crucial element in Motorsport Manager, being run by the player as they attempt to win the one of seven championships. Motorsport Manager features 62 fictional Teams that can be controlled by the player, who assumes control of the HQ, Car Design, Staff, Drivers and Sponsors during their career.

Departments

Teams are made up from several different elements that make up the day-to-day operations, all of which are controlled by the player in between race meetings.
